My name my name
is Shayna Langston and I am the Co- owner and Co-founder of www.youshine.org . We first started out as Organic foods co-op (CoCreatorsOrganics) and have since added
on several other businesses that share with others who are serious about taking control of their health. When I
started Co-Creators my main focus was to make being healthy affordable to others and also to offer better
and the most selective food choices available. Along with that I discovered that the main and MOST important part of my job at Co- Creators is to educate people on why it is so important to take
control of their health. We know our health effects EVERY aspect of our lives whether it be physical,
mental, emotionally and or spiritual. This has now become my passion and my mission. With
knowledge comes responsibility (In which youshine was born). We feel at Youshine/Co-Creators
it is our responsibility to educate others and with this information increase the quality of lives with the people around
the world who share the same interest in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

years ago I was one very unbalanced and not so healthy person even though I was doing alot of the right things I still struggled
with my health. Being a person who has a type A personality and a person who struggled with an Auto
Immune Disorder, Fibromyalgia, I was doing everything under the sun to maintain
a productive lifestyle. NO matter how much I juiced, ate raw, exercised and took tons of
really good and really expensive supplements (4-5 diffferent medications) I was still deficient. Then along
